How far ahead should I book a rack slot?
We recommend booking a week ahead for a standard food-grade or fuel run so the loaded product and the wash bay are both protected. For a same-day move, call the desk first; we hold a small buffer of slots each day for urgent transfers and can often place a ready trailer.
What do I need to bring to the gate check?
A driver needs a current license that matches the load, the right hazmat endorsement when the product requires one and the insurance papers for the vehicle. We run the review twice, once at booking and once on the day, so bring a copy of anything that changed since you booked.
Is the coordination fee the same for every product?
No. A chemical transfer carries more supervision and documentation than a simple fuel run, and the fee reflects that added work. You receive a clear quote when you book, with no charge appearing later that was not named at the start. Ask for a quote and we reply with a real number.
